M.G.M. Construction is a San Francisco based construction company specializing in high quality custom home building and remodeling.

Owner Michael Martuscello has been a licensed General Contractor for over twenty years,         building strong community ties with clients, architects, Building Department officials,           subcontractors and materialmen.

We choose to remain moderate in size, managing only a few projects per year in order to better serve our clients and stay fully engaged in every aspect of each job.

Every effort is made to stay loyal to each client's vision as well as the plans and specifications prepared by the architect. We strive to incorporate "Green Building" methods and materials wherever applicable while remaining conscious of budget restraints at all times.

We believe that the most important aspects of home building are the positive relationship between client, contractor and architect, open communication at all times, keen attention to detail, and the completion of projects in a timely and professional manner.

We do not simply build structures, we build homes.
